It is not the most favorable resolution to come out of Brazil. In fact, the companies must try to plan their activities as they would be operating in any other developing country. Due to the high risk involved in Brazil, there is also a chance of gaining a high return in the long run. A lot of opportunities are offered by Brazil especially in terms of market size and possible potential for the expansion by providing access to neighboring countries. If we compare Brazil with the other South American countries, operating in Brazil seems to be quite easy. Thus the companies should not take any evasive action but plan their operations and strategies to mitigate the challenges and threats impose din Brazil.
