Good Day, Mr. Stark!

I have a family emergency as my little son had to be rushed from school to have his appendix removed. He is in a very critical state. I had to suddenly leave office and have just reached the hospital. The doctors are going to remove his appendix immediately but he will be in ICU and under the doctor's observation for a minimum of 3 days.

I am really apologetic as I will not be able to attend the picnic tomorrow. In addition to my absence, I was also the coordinator for the refreshments. I was going to organize the food and refreshments for the picnic. I have made all arrangements with Fresh caterers and they will be ensuring the food is served with all the snacks and beverages as planned.
