After reviewing the Baldrige Leadership Category criteria for performance excellence, describing the leadership best practices as below

• Senior Leader to coach and guide new generation leader: This is the biggest learning from the leadership point of view that senior leader should come out and helps the new leader by coach and guide. Mentoring should be carried out by old leader to new leaders so that new leaders get the learning form old leaders and they can be developed for better role and challenges in future for the organization.
• Junior leaders to seek/request for inputs from senior leaders so that they can develop their skill set on leadership and become capable leaders for future requirements.
• Senior leaders should always be available and open to explain the junior leaders in the organization.

Describing how our leaders set and deploy mission, vision and values as below

• Leaders deploy the mission and vision statement in the organization. The deployment of vision mission and value statement guides other employees to follow and adapt this in their work cultures.
• Vision mission and values to be demonstrated by senior leader to all employees so that employee and new leaders will get practical explore for this key elements of the business.
• Visions, mission and value should be repeatedly used in all communications and presentations carried out by senior leaders in the organization.

Senior Leaders to communicate with the entire workforce so that entire workforce will get benefited with their content of communication. Senior leaders need to be explored for briefing or communication to entire workforce so that they will be developed by this communications.
