Answer #1

1- Because of difference in the diameters of afferent and efferent arterioles , this is the reason for high glomerular filtrate.

2- Decreased amount of Sodium reaching to macula densa or DCT activates RAAS which helps in regulating GFR.

3- Sodium is helpful for secondary active transport of glucose and ions like chloride , Bicarbonates .
