If leaders of an organization were to do only one thing to ensure the long term success of training – what would you have them do?

The way of doing business has changed a lot from what it was few years back and today Organizations need to understand that they need to be very much effective in order to be successful in the industry. I believe that training is an integral aspect of organiAtions today and in order to ensure long term success of training I would like to make the training tailor made based on tye reqyirement of the organization and that of the employees. The primary objective of training is to ensure that employees receive the required knowledge that they need to have in order to be successful and the aspects that the organization will require to be successful and both are interrelated together for success.
