Please evaluate Rawls's conception of justice as fairness. Provide one example of this theory that either supports or goes against it. (3-4 sentences).

Rawls state that the basis of justice was said to be social contract. The principles which are agreed upon must also not be on the basis of one's place in society. For example, people who are rational and self interested, having needs which are roughly similar tend to adopt these principles. He focuses on distributive justice and the ethical way to distribute resources in the society.
