The topic is relevant because campaign finance is no longer a closed-door issue, it is now related with the right of the citizens to vote and have the politicians accountable for the money they spent in the campaigns. A reader will be interested because common citizens have the right to know the unaccounted money spent in campaigns by the politicians.

One can persuade a reader to emphasize how the politicians are using corrupted means to achieve their ends and they have the right to know they are voting.

Thesis- Campaign finance reform is a way to mend the broken means of assessing a politician's money spending in the campaigns. The citizens of the country have the right to know the person they are voting for and the ways and means used by a politician to reach the top of the ladder.
