I have a client; DFG company. They are a social media company. They provide Adobe UX Design assistance to other social media companies. UX Design creates Apps for Apple I-phone and Samsung phones. Each project has projected time and hours. We estimated that the total number of hours for all 20xx projects was #1,000,000. Can we use Flex Budgets with social media companies?

A flexible budget is that which changes with volume and activity, as in the above mentioned case the DFG Company is involved in providing assistance to other social media companies by designing apps in such projects the key element of cost is the time devoted for that project. So, it is advisable that the company should use the Flex Budgets so that defined targets can be achieved.
