Net heat required

Q = heat required to change temp of ice to 0

+ change the state from ice to water

+ change temp of water to 100

+ change of state from water

+ change of temp of stem to

= m ( Ci (10) + Lf + Cw (100) + Lv + Cs *100.56)

= 5* (2040*10 + 3.32* 10^5 + 4186* 100 + 2260* 10^3 + 2.01* 10^3*0.56)

= 1.52 x 10^7 J
