Exon skipping therapy is generally used to Restore proper functioning of the dystrophin proteins.from this therapy individual also helpful to maintain maintain and protection of the muscle fibers.hence it can used for DMD. The Exon skipping is not cure DMD. but it can maintain severe the weakness of the muscle.

Physical therapy is used in DMD .

Gene therapy .
