What do you believe is your favorite editing feature that you will use on a regular basis? Explain why, and give a brief description of how this will aid in your success.

editing a document is very time consuming , there are two editing features that i personally like the most

1. Find all and Replace : this feature is available in almost all the document editing software including Microsoft Office . this feature enables you to search a document for all the instances of a particular word or a sentence and replace them with what you want to replace it with . For example lets say you have a story with the character name Adam and you want to change the name of the character to Harry all you have to do is just find and replace all the occurrence

this saves a lot of time and tedious labour . I use this feature regularly since time is very precious and my work involves editing a large number of documents . not only it saves time but it also removes any chance of human error . Editing a document with so much simplicity and so less time will help ,me achieve my daily goals faster . the number of document i can deal with having such issues will increase per day . All in all it helps you in working smartly rather than hardly .

Grammerly and spell check : So whenever i edit a document , i don't want the documents to have spelling mistakes and grammatical corrections for example , wrong spellings or starting a sentence with a small letter . Grammerly helps in checking these errors in the document so that user can correct it . Not only this it also offers us with the information regarding whether the document is Plagiarised or not .

this helps me a lot in my everyday life and will be fruitful in long run too . For me to succeed as an editor , i have to make sure that there are no errors in my documents other than that i should also make sure that i should give proper credits to people if there is something in the document from their article .This very feature increases my credibility as a person who can edit well!!
