Answer - A. NADH gives up its electrons at Complex I

NADH produces 3 ATP during the Electron Transport Chain with oxidative phosphorylation because NADH gives up its electron to Complex I, which is at a higher energy level than the other Complexes.

FADH gives electron to complex II.

Both NADH and FADH are reduced.
