Answer #1

The PMBOK Guide describes "interconnected acts and behavior to achieve specific goods, outcomes or services." This is only a means by means of proven instruments and techniques to transform the input into an output that may lead to progress between start and finish. Processes serve as a guide for keeping the project in the right direction. Good processes are based on sound principles and shown practices that are essential to a project's success. This can mitigate confusion and uncertainty among project managers and stakeholders.

Each five step classes must be started, developed, carried out, monitored and closed down for every project. Unit groups combine structures that frequently work on a project or which simultaneously have similar inputs and outputs. Once you're confident, they're a very obvious way of putting together the things you have to do.

  7. Risk management-processes related to project risk recognition, review and response.
