1. The primary benefit that the project team will gain from the success in the raise of the concordia cruise ship, is obviously of a financial nature. Millions of euros of bids have been made to handle the concordia wreckage. The ship has been lying there for over a year and the project team that was able to life it, will gain a positive reputation around the world. The salvation of the ship is a two year work that will provide work for hundreds of people that will be involved in the project. The Tecon-TITAN-Micoperi and NED project teams are now renowned the world over.

2.The worst winter in years and two 10 year storms, were not expected by the project team. The results of the storm were in favor of the team though, as it buckled the way they would have wanted the ship to buckle.

3. The ship after being raised will now be moved to its home port in GENOA. The cost of the removal of the wreck will now cost, 2 billion dollars (BBC, 2014)
