Be sure to describe the mutagenesis strategy for this screen, the protocol you would use to make sure that your mutants are hypomorphs, the methodology you would use to determine if your mutants are in the same or are in different complementation groups, i.e., if they are located in the same or in different genes, and the cloning strategy that you would use to actually clone one of these genes.
