a.Ans-The database creates an automated incident report that immediately alerts the necessary individuals is a good work because it gives the necessary details. But reporting incidents have to be easily done otherwise it gets postponed and details are easily forgotten that's why they are vague,incomplete or ambiguous.

b.Ans- The engineer shall manage the system activity, including the database is not a great art because they design database schemas and queries that use their schemas work only for trivial amount of data but if a large amount of data is given to the database then it fails due to poor schemas. If someone who knows databases and schema + query design well then it will be more robust. So the engineer shall manage the system activity, including the database is  vague, incomplete, or ambiguous, we need a perfect database administrator.
