These skills help the global leaders in managing their followers and incorporating their leadership skills to help the followers as well as organization. Skills to bring change, encouraging innovation, building a positive relationship with the various stakeholders and making ethical decisions helps the global leaders to successfully negotiate internationally by being ethical in decision-making, encouraging creative solutions to the problems being faced in the negotiation process as well as successfully maneuvering the argument by influencing the negotiators.
