Job description is generally one of the most important aspect in a job posting because it will provide the details of what the organization is looking for and what the individual needs to possess to be a proper fit for the position as well. Organization may skip such a part so that they get more applicants for the position so that they have better options for the position.

The primary limitation or drawback of such an approach is that it may attract individuals who do not possess relevant experience in such field and this may actually waste effort and time of the organization.
