The tracking process we would implement in our project to make sure we are on schedule as below

Critical Path Project Tracking Process– We would like to implement the project tracking as per the critical path completion so that we will ensure that we are on the schedule and able to achieve the required project closure. The critical path tracking helps us to align all the project actions completion as per plan and give the focus for the key actions that need to be given priority to meet the project critical path.

Our contingency plan if project task experiences delay or early completion is as below

• For the delay project completion - we will be exploring alternate ways for completing the rest of the project tasks with crash timelines. So that we will be able to save the time and reach to the project completion as per the schedule.     
• For the early completion of the project - We will like to close the project on early schedule so that project can be completed before time and we will spare rest of the time in project learning and other improvement actions for the project. The early completion will help in better closure and adequate time for wrapping out the project adequately.
