In 75 words explain As we look at geometric shapes and intersections of these, there is a bit of recent news that bring this to life. Inmarsat did some calculations to find the plane via satellite by, basically, determining the distance from the satellite, using this sphere (distance from a point), intersecting it with an estimated altitude above the earth, to determine possible locations of the plane. on Malaysian Airline Flight MH370.Please Type

Answer #1

The distance between satellite and the earth is known and the distance between the satellite and the plane is known. Hence, by subtracting both the distance, we will be able to determine the distance between the plane and the earth. Now, as the plane falls under gravity, it will fall as a projectile motion with an initial horizontal velocity and we will be able to determine the approximate location where the plane must have fallen.

All searches were done by the same person in English, mainly using Google Scholar. This was further complemented through reference harvesting, citation tracking, abstracts in conference programs, and author search, using Research Gate and Mendeley (see PRISMA Flowchart in Supplementary Figure S1 Checklist and list of studies reviewed in Table S1). We then removed duplicate and unrelated results. Finally,...
