1) Qualifications and experience in the same type of business.

2) Proficiency in multiple languages specially English and parent country languages. Many times , preferences given to knowledge of local languages.

3) Salary negotiations skills ( Greed level and capabilities inherited in candidates might be checked)

4) Confidence, and good commond over business affairs

5) Leadership qualities and hardworking in overall past career.

6) An ethical and value inherited in the personality related to society.

7) Technical skills and international exposure if any in the past.
