There are various types of retirement plans like government plans, employer sponsored plans, personal plans etc., While selecting these plans we need to consider some factors like our income, savings , responsibilities , health factors etc., Employer plans are generally provided by the employers and the amount is provided at the time of our retirement. This will be a compulsory plan in many companies. Apart from this based on our requirements we can choose some personal plans where we save money for our retirement age . Government plans are available based on factors like our income and financial conditions. So all these plans depends on what we earn, type of job we do, our financial level , various responsibilities we have etc., which will make us eligible for some plans and invest in some other plans.
