Only glutamine and tryptophan have H-bond donor and H-bond acceptor moieties in their sidechains. Hence, these amino acids could form a H-bonding interaction between their side chains.

All other amino acids in the options have non-polar, hydrophobic side chains incapable of forming H-bonds with side chains of other amino acids.
