Cloud in IT is the Data Servers that are accessed through the Internet that provide the data according to the request of Users. Cloud Computing and Data storage is the main Function of Cloud.

Cloud is beneficial to an Organisations as:

• Cost: Cloud reduces the cost of delivery, maintenance, setting up Hardware and Software and other IT assets.

• Speed: Most of the Clouds services are provided with self-service, So a great amount of data can be accessed from the cloud in less time. Hence Cloud is beneficial to an Organisation in terms of Speed.

• Global scale: Cloud service includes the ability to scale globally, delivering the right amount of IT resources.

• Productivity: In terms of Productivity clouds are on top as the productivity of clouds are very high as the cloud has removed the need of many tasks such as hardware set-up, software patching and other time-consuming IT management functions.

• Performance: One more benefit to the clouds are they have high performance compared to other traditional services. They are regularly upgraded to latest generation for fast and efficient computing.

• Security: A number of clouds provide the self-security of data stored and security of data transmission.

Hence it can be concluded that the cloud include more benefits than the traditional computing one. So in this way the cloud is beneficial to an Organisation.
