1)first and the foremost thing is to identify why you want your organisations data on cloud . Is it really feasible for your organisation to move the data on to the cloud.
2)Shifting your data is a big move for any organisation , which could go in a negative direction if not carried out perfectly. To eliminate such risk it is always suggested to carry out the SWOT analysis properly. SWOT analysis comprises of analysis of strengths , weakness , opportunities and threats.
3)third is the proper assessment of your IT infrastructure with what 's required for moving onto the cloud platform.
4)Fourth is the selection of right cloud partner l, which is most suitable for your organisations need , keeping in mind the future plans , investments and other important factors.You would want your cloud partners to be certified by big cloud providers.
5)Than comes the process of determining the architecture for migrating your data to your cloud partner and making the right co-relation between the two.
6) Now the next thing is to select the suitable cloud providers not partners. Cloud providers are services like AWS or azure , which could provide feasible plans to you along with extensibility.
7) Now plan how you want to migrate to selected cloud platform and execute it well.
