Answer #1

The following steps a trainer should complete prior to the training class:

  1. Identifying the training needs through various studies like gap analysis, performance appraisal etc could be the first important step for a trainer to prepare for training.
  2. Inviting the individuals who need to be trained and confirming the number of trainees per session would be the second important step.
  3. Then comes scheduling dates and time for the training to be conducted.
  4. Collecting materials and developing the training courses is a major step for trainer before training.
  5. Finally delivering and presenting the training course would complete the whole cycle.

According to me below step was important for preparing presentation:

  1. Collecting materials and developing course was very important while preparing presentations.
  2. This is an important step wherein the content needs to be developed without which a whole training program would be a failure.
