CCl2F2 + H2 ................> CH2F2 + 2 HCl

one mole CCl2F2 react with 1 mole H2.

mole of CCl2F2 = mass / molar mass = 1000 kg / 120.91 g/mole = 8.2706 Kmole.

thus

mole of H2 required = 8.2706 Kmole = 8.2706 * 10^3 mole.

ideal gas equation is

PV = nRT

or

225 atm * V = 8.2706 * 10^3 mole * 0.0821 L -atm / mole-K * 308.5 K

or

V = 931 L

thus

volume of H2 gas required = 931 L
