Discuss strategies to manage groups, especially during the early stages of forming and storming, and what strategies could you use as a Team Leader or Project Manager to transition from storming to norming without risking schedule delays or impact in budget.

The strategies that can be used at the early stages of the forming and storming will include the asking each of the team members to introduce to each other and have a one to one talk with each other on a certain topic so that each can have enough time to get acquainted with one another.

To move to the next stage of norming, I will as a team leader look to resolve any issues of conflict that can paralyze the team spirit. The team formed must be able to cooperate and focus on the goals of the team. The conflict resolution methodology will prevent any delays in the and it will also not impact on the budget.
