Please find below the product structure:

2. Number of bicycles need to be made = 20

Number of frame assemblies required = 20*1

Frame assemblies at hand = 10

Net requirement of Frame assemblies = 20 - 10 = 10

Number of wheels required = 2*10 = 20

Hence, Number of spokes required = 12*20 = 240 spokes

So, we need 240 spokes to make 20 bicycles when 10 frame assemblies are on hand.
