What are some of the legal and ethical bases to ensure good public health and health services?
There are many laws governing the health services and making sure that proper health services are provided to the public . The vaccines that needs to be provided are governed and subsidies are provided to important ones. Heath schemes are introduced to cover health costs and insurances are provided. In ethical terms the hospitals must be service oriented rather than profit oriented . Equal standards of treatment must be available for every citizen without giving any importance to class or any other discrimination . When these are followed in order public health and health services can be ensured to be provided in the best possible way.
