Erik Erikson focused upon the psychosexual theory that showed the developmental milestones one the basis of environment and social factors. The focus was mainly in order to identify signs of stagnation in any one stage or more that can hinder the emotional and social development of the person that can in turn affect the behavior and abililty to communicate and interacts. It explains the way in which human relations bring in social growth and the traits that require to be developed to adapt to the environment.
