Answer #1

Ans: As a premature the baby's condition is critical than normal. Even though during chicken pox too much exposure to sunlight is not preferred as it may cause the pox more itchy and as the skin is more sensitive at that time it may cause burns but lots of research work supports that a little bit exposure can help as the UV radiation of sunlight can help to denature the viral cells also exposure to sunlight stimulates the production of Vit D in the body which helps the body to defend and sustain itself against the impact of chicken pox virus. Also as no fresh air is present in the room it will result in too much viral load in the air causing the child to get more infected also those taking care of the baby may also get infected while tending to the baby and other babies who are if present in the child care ward will get infected too.

A fish maintains its depth in fresh water by adjusting the air content of porous bone or air sacs to make its average density the same as that of the water. Suppose that with its air sacs collapsed, a fish has a density of 1.09 g/cm3. To what fraction of its expanded body volume must the fish inflate the air sacs to reduce its density to that of water?

Converting sunlight to electricity with solar cells has an efficiency of 15%. It's possible to achieve a higher efficiency (though currently at higher cost) by using concentrated sunlight as the hot reservoir of a heat engine. Each dish in the figure concentrates sunlight on one side of a heat engine, producing a hot-reservoir temperature of 510 degrees C. The cold reservoir, ambient air, is approximately 28 degrees C. The actual working efficiency of this device is 30%. What is the...
