I have selected the topic Equal Employment opportunity and Human Resource Management, EEO or Equal Employment Opportunity is considered as strategic consideration, here, Employers or the organizations promises that they will not discriminate their employees, as there are various discriminating factors like Age, Sex, Race, Religion, Region, Cast, creed, Body color, Origin Country, all such could create bias situations in the organization, thus, people’s skills, Expertise and knowledge level get low priority, so Organizational Objective could be met in very difficult way, they system and culture get poor day by day, so people hardly gets Interest to do anything new, Innovative and creative, Instead, Team members get poorly motivated, Thus, Employee Turnover could be affected and Organizational goal may be affected in negative way, Again, Human Resource Management is another strategic management program which help organization to better manage the talent force, they not only take part into, selection, and hiring of Talents, also the department takes broad responsibility to build organizational team, arrange the training program and evaluate the training requirements of various employees, and they also work on goal setting and performance appraisal for various employees, further, HR Management also include HR analytics for improving various dimensions of the talent force, and actively engage into multiple organizational Improvement program and take lead role for managing various legal and compliance issues,

There are various issues could be considered in the similar context and in that primary research methodology, those are as stated below:

• Many Organizations today face discrimination related issues and culture related issues, with such issues, Many employees get poorly motivated, employee turnover gets affected and Organizational sustainability gets reduced, Organization could face disruption in their daily work
• The next issues like Organization employees could face poor motivation, as they may see that their works do not get proper recognition, they are not also getting reward, when they are completing the applicable tasks successfully,
• Another issues that selection and hiring of employees at the organization could be so much challenging, as time for such selection process could be so high and there might be too many competitions, which also make more difficult situations during Hiring process,

All the issues are quite Important , as with all such issue’s availability it will create negative Impact on the life and career of employees, Organizational work will get disrupted and Organizational sustainability will also be changed, here, people Skills and Expertise, will get less priority, thus, they will also loose motivation, further, the culture of Innovation and creativity will be negatively impacted, thus, we need to take care all the issues described above and we should also concern for planning and implementing appropriate response strategy to combat all the applicable issues,
