Strategic planning approaches in J Company:

J Company reminds all employees about their utmost responsibility to direct customers such as doctors and nurses for many products and ultimate customers such as fathers, mothers and patients for their product quality.

In leadership approaches, Company J should ensure that managers are an important source for quality. It should set up a strategic planning process, so that the company becomes a world class competitor in quality and product safety.

While using a product, one must learn to check if quality is good by seeing expiry date and other ingredients used in product. The company must also ensure that they are giving quality products to society
