Before taking disciplinary action against an employee we need to do thorough investigation of the topic and ensure that the results are correct and accurate. We then need to give the employee fair number of warnings and give them a chance to explain themselves and rectify their mistakes depending on the issue. Only then we need to go for disciplinary action so that the employee will not have any reason to complaint or appeal .
