For this assignment, you will complete a 15-30 minute session of Yoga. You can take a class, the on line video of "Sun Salutations" or complete Exercise 20.1 "Salute to the Sun" from Chapter 20 in your book to complete your session. When you have finished your session please complete the following:
- A description of the activity (15-20 sentences with a list of movements): What did you do? (Be specific - You will need to include some names or descriptions of the actual Yoga asanas/movements that you completed.) Please include the name of the class, workout, dvd or the website link if you completed your session using those resources.
- How did the activity make you feel physically? (in a general sense: relaxed, focused, sore, etc.)
- What type of breathing did you use? Did you experience any mind-body connection?
