For this assignment, you will complete a 15-30 minute session of any type of massage or acupressure. You may get any type of professional massage or acupressure to complete your session. This practice is designed to help you with your physical practice at managing stress. This should be for a minimum of 15-30 minutes (you can practice this technique for longer and more than once if you would like). This time is not meant as added stress, but as practice to determine which techniques may work best for you.

When you have finished your session please complete the following:

A description of the activity (15-20 sentences about how you completed the activity): What did you do? (Be specific - You will need to include some names or descriptions of the process that you completed.) How did the activity make you feel physically? (Was it difficult, easy, etc.?)

I am a driver. Before starting my work I do some massages. At first I twist each finger of legs. Then I twist the fingers of my hands. I then sit cross-legged. I move round my neck. I do massage the muscle of my limbs. Then I do some masaage of my arms. I then meditate for 10 minutes. I then rub two palms to warm them. I keep the warm palm on my face.

It is very helpful for me as it increases my concentration. I feel no tired. I am free from tension or anxiety. I am encouraged to do the work. Throughout whole day I remain fresh.
