Answer: Crisis management is a complex process and involves a number of aspects in it. The crisis not only results in the financial damages and physical harm to the infrastructure and property but it also causes a huge physical and psychological harm to the victims. Therefore it is essential that there should be a dedicated team for every aspect of crisis management. Humanitarian response team provides material and logistic support to the people during a crisis. Humans are severely affected during any crisis and in order to save lives and to prevent further trauma it is required that during the crisis, there is a dedicated humanitarian response team that will look after the needs of the humans involved in the crisis. These needs may vary from food to medical aid. These teams provide both long term and short term aids to the humans and save their lives. It helps in reducing their sufferings and helps them to maintain their dignity. Without a dedicated humanitarian team it will not be possible to comprehensively manage any crisis.
