Why is it important to have a development team and plan to produce successful multimedia products?
For success in anything we generally need a proper and good plan as well as a good team that can contribute to the success of the plan in a systematic way. Areas of responsibility should be clearly established from the beginning of a project. A project may involve different groups of people including a management team (advisory board), a project team and one or more user groups.
And involving a development team is also a group of people who takes care of each step of the plan. The first key to a successful project is to know where you are starting from, and what the project should accomplish when it’s completed. So this is the work of the development team to do so.
The development team includes a team of experts who produce high-quality media and contribute to the development of ideas in the project cycle. Development is both interactive and iterative. Team share their ideas during the development cycle and revise results from development feedback. Team members can be any of these content experts, writers, project managers, and project designers. The development plan includes many essential tasks to be addressed like definition, design, production, etc. So development is an iterative process in which earlier stages are again reshaped as the project development is ongoing. There are chances that in many steps during the progress of the plan, som changes are being made.
So to tackle and handle all the above-mentioned issues to produce a successful multimedia product, a development team and plan are very important.
