1. Introduction – This is the Abu Dhabi Islamic bank is in Abu Dhabi City at United Arab Emirates. It was founded in 1997. Its head quarter is at Abu Dhabi. The Main focus of the bank is that it creates value for their customers, investors, stakeholders and employees. It has large banking operations in the nation and it also supports various community and social activities to uplift the life of people.

2. Profile of Company – the profile of the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is that it is the banking business that supports the banking operations in the nation. It has large number of customers who are served for their banking needs in the nation. It has multiple branches which in the key segments of the nation, where they are supporting the banking services to their customers. The ADIB explores all the major segments of banking and drives the financial and non-financial services with the help of banking services in the nation. It had large number of baking products that meets consumer/citizen needs.

3. Forming Manager of the bank more effective leader – The bank is advanced in its management aspect and wants to drive high level of efficiency and effectiveness so that banking operations could be optimized and net profit generation can be increased. For this they want for form the managers into leaders, so that they can lead the banking business suitably and deliver major benefits for the banking business. Manager forming into leader is the right approach a leader can make significant contribution in the business and they can deliver high level of influences, motivation and increase in business returns.
