Answer #1

Science and religion are the two different faces of a coin. I will be very honest and unbiased in my opinion. well it is usually believed that religion begins where the science fails to answer a particular question. Definitely, science is entirely based on facts and values. Nothing is considered scientific unless it is experimentally proved but, there are certain things in life, certain small and minute things which can not be well understood with science such as getting the lucky seat in examination etc, Praying to god to get good marks in exams. These are all believes of a human which makes them stronger to perform well in whatever they are praying for. Religion is an establishment of believes and perseverance which can not be described by scientific experiments, but certain factors are their in our world which when followed, we get our desired results. For a person, suppose, a negative situation suddenly turns positive for him/her, that's when a person believes that it is due to his/her constant faith upon his/her religion. So, to conclude Science is science and religion is religion, it should never be intermixed. We should walk on the path of science by respecting every religion, in this way no one can prevent a person from being successful.

Hope this helps!!!!

Should it be a requirement to serve on science and technology committees? Find an example of a piece of legislation or political movement that was wrongly founded...

This passage is an excerpt from a textbook published in the 1950s.) Science is often defined inadequately as “an organized body of knowledge.” This would make cookbooks, Sears, Roebuck catalogues, and telephone books science, which they are not. Sometimes science is defined simply as rationality, but that would make much of theology and metaphysics science, which they are not. Rationality is logical consistency, lack of contradiction. It is to be distinguished from reasonableness, the quality of a mind open to...

Thomas Jefferson wrote "Whenever the people are well informed, they can be trusted with their own government" (Jefferson, T. Letter to Richard Price, January 8, 1789.) This phrase is the heart of American Democracy and much like Adam Smith's invisible hand guide the economic marketplace, there is an invisible hand of the people's will that guide local, state, and national affairs. However, today that invisible hand seems confused and indecisive. Congress is paralyzed and unable to act on many key...
