answer-

In this situation, you can explain that you motivation factors to work are intrinsic in nature means the behavior that is driven by internal rewards. In other words, the motivation to engage in a behavior arises from within the individual because it is naturally satisfying to you.

as You are least paid employee in the company but you look good and take proud of that which motivated you work at school and also your student likes you and give positive comment which makes you feel empowered and that is the source of your being motivating. It is not necessary that high salary would always be a motivational factor to feel good and encouraged but there are people like you who believes in satisfaction coming from inside.this way you can explain that looking good being the lowest paid employee motivates you.
