Communication plays a very important role in both team and
individual management systems by extracting the best outputs.
Communication can be explained as a common passage between two
individuals or team members. But, communication in group management
and communication in individual management are different in many
aspects.
• Team communication can be defined as a unified voice
of the members in a group with similar thoughts, whereas,
individual communication means sharing individual thoughts, ideas,
or concepts with other persons.
• Generating individual thoughts indicates the
accomplishment of his or her success by implementing those ideas at
the time of strategy improving procedure.
• Individual communication indicates the face to face
communication, whereas, communication within the team indicates the
involvement of the three or more person’s involvement to achieve
any project goal.
Thus, we can conclude that group communication is one kind of
individual communication procedure that is observed within the
workplace management system. For maintaining a healthy working
environment both the team and individual communication system must
be accessed by the management team in an organization.
