Tesla is a company that has a distinctive advantage. The competitive advantage is sustainable because of the Tesla electric vehicles are more than affordable for common people and they are easy to ride with lots of features like autopilot. Tesla cars have Ai integrated that helps it to maneuver and drive autonomously. These features along with the extended ranges of the carmakers are very competitive. Even if companies implement the same features, it will be possible only after years of research and development. Furthermore, the competitive price of Tesla cars is way more affordable than other car manufacturers.
