You need to follow below steps to perform the project-

1. Identify the target segment- Identify the person/people/organization who will be utilizing your application.

2.Select adequate sample size- Depends on scope of your project. Small scale- 100 to 200, Large scale- 1000 or more

3. Prepare questionairre- Prepare questionairre relevant to your project which must be accompanied by consent form to be signed by respondents

4. Data Collection-Collect enough Primary data from the questionairre prepared and secondary data from website/journal/magazine etc.

5.Numerical Analysis-Identify numerical and statistical analysis techniques to be adopted.

6. Result-Analyze the findings based on customer preference and feedback regarding your application.

7. Conclusion-Conclude your project with your findings and estimated cost to be incurred.

After successful completion of the project, if you are planning to commercialize it, few more steps to be followed-

1. Seggregate your customers on basis of their profession, income group and usage.

2. For less usage you can opt for daily payment and for frequesnt usage, you can go for monthly payment.

3. In case of instalments, you can even tie up with credit rating agencies to understand past repayment history of the customer. This will help you to take decision when instalment tenure is large.
