Interview is conducted by investigator and answer is given by director of the organization where the theft occur

1 Who was the first person who came to know about the theft and what was he doing in cash department at that time ? Cashier was the first person to identify the fact that the money has been stolen from cash box. I did ask him to make cash payment to our creditor and when he open the cash box, the same was empty.
2 What he did when he came to know that money has been stolen ? When he came to know that the money has been stolen , he informed me and other colleagues about the theft.
3 How many people are working in cash department ? Total 5 peoples are working in the cash department.
4 Who was the last person to closed the cash box and who has physically verify the cash, day before the theft occur ? Cashier was the last person to verify the cash physically , day before the theft occur.
5 For what purpose was such a large amount of cash withdrawal from the bank ? I did ask our cahier to withdraw the cash for payment to creditor. Our creditor have requested to us to make payment in cash.
6 How many people do have access to cash box key ? Total 2 people have access to cash box key including me. Other two are main cashier and his assistant.
7 Do any other person have duplicate keys of cash box ? No. No other person have duplicate keys of cash box .
8 Who is authorized person to withdraw cash from the bank ? Cashier was the only person to withdraw cash from the bank.
9 How many people where aware about the fact that high value cash is lying in the cash book ? Only cashier and myself were the person aware about the cash withdrawal
