here I'm going to describe about the ethical and legal issues associated with the firm having access to customer's personal data.
The personal data is something which is very crucial to a customer itself as well as the firm having that personal data of the customer. When it comes to the ethical issues, the personal data is very vulnerable and crucial. No firm should be or is allowed to share those personal information or data or details with anyone else. Not even the customer themselves allow the firms to share their personal details with anyone.
When it comes to the legal issues, when a firm shares the personal information or any other sort of Information with anyone else, the customer can be in trouble and can sue the firm anytime anywhere. Harming or try to harm anyone's personal details or information or any sort of data, is not only legally wrong but ethically wrong and to stop this, there must be rules in every firm not yo disclose the information of any customer to protect the interest of the customer.
