Three solutions in which we use self-service delivery as below

• Food item pick up at restaurants – This is the self service solution in which the food items are picked up by the individual in the restaurant based on their order. This will make easy flow for customers and customer will be happy to get the food items as per their need. Our motivation of using this approach to delivery rather than having service personnel to do for us is that we feel OK in getting the food items we want and it helps us to manage our timing and we feel comfortable in getting self instead of someone else do for us.
• Item selection for purchase at Malls – When we are visiting at malls, we would like to select and pick the items we want as per our conveniences. So here we want to use the self service instead of someone else do for us. The motivation we have here is that we can review the items properly for our needs, price affordability and suitability to us. Thus we can make appropriate choice for us. This decision cannot be done by others, hence we prefer to do the self service instead of someone else do for us.
• Buffet Approach for food distribution at large gatherings – The buffet approach for food serving to large population for around 3000 to 4000 is good. Because this works on self service mode and the entire guest can take their food as per their need and they can enjoy the food as per their time. Thus this is good approach for food distribution to large population. The motivation we have here is that we can manage it adequately without resources and it can be managed by each individual as per their needs and requirements.
