The essence of self-management is understanding who you are, what you want in life, what you want to accomplish during your life-long journey, and then making it all happen. This pursuit of your dreams or goals is what drives the self-motivation employers are looking for. How will you apply the principles of self-management on a daily basis?

a) Identify a simple, quick goal to get you started.

b) Take your goals and make long-term, sustainable activities.

c) Create a to-do list for accomplishing your goals.

d) Prioritize the tasks and keep only the high priority ones so you stay focused.

e) Work the plan, but only reward yourself when it is finished.

answer-

a-My quick goals which are SMART and simple are-

I want to get a fit body in one year.

I want to top rank the class next year.

b-Sustainable activities which comes from my these simple goals are that wake early even after my goal achieved. Eating healthy and doing workout my whole life to make my body and mind calm and fit. Be regular in time management and become punctual. Focus on study and gaining knowledge even after i achieve my goal. activity related to completing the work and never leave work in between ever in future.

c-To do list

Wake up early at 5 am. every day

Do workout and yoga for one hour

study 2 hours in the morning.

take classes and notes.

go to the gym for one hour

study for 3-4 hours

d- the priority task for achieving my goals are-

Go to the GYM and workout

study hard from notes and class lectures and online searches.

e- The plan is simple like make priorities each day like i have to study chapter or number of chapters in a day so i would add to my to do list and study them until i complete them. if i complete them then i would reward my self by going outside with friends and watch movie.

second for gym i would set my priority that i have to complete number of sets with specific weight lift and burn specific number of calories if i complete then i would reward my self with cheat meal otherwise not.
