1. Yes i have made mistakes many times.I once did not worked according to the particular order in which the job was actually to be done.Then i did not loose my patience and continued working and then i made all the things everything ok.

2.I work in such an environment where everyone is helpful to everyone.The environment is like a family.Everyone cooperates with each other.Yes the company portray it in this manner.

3.Company has various core values such as doing everything according to ethics.No activity should be against the ethics.Another value of the company is treating every employee very fairly without any bias between them.

4.The boss handles conflict within the team by not losing his patience.He remains calm and tries to find out the solution.His such behavior helps him a lot in coming out of various problems.

5.I have a high job satisfaction because i am paid good for the work i do. Also, the environment where i work is very supportive and helping.

6.I have a high organisational commitment because i am being given challenging jobs and i am asked to complete the jobs within a specified period of time.

7.My job environment can be improved by providing training to employees who dont have enough knowledge of how to do the job in an efficient manner.
